CreatorPilot AI is an AI-powered creator assistant that helps users view channel insights, video performance, and AI-generated recommendations.

CreatorPilot AI uses Google Sign-In for authentication and requests user-authorized read-only access to YouTube channel data and YouTube Analytics data after consent. We read channel and video metadata and analytics reports only to provide dashboard metrics, growth cards, video insights, and AI recommendations. We do not upload, edit, delete, manage, or publish YouTube content. User-authorized YouTube data is not sold and is not used to train external or general AI models.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Name and email address (via Google Sign-In)
• YouTube channel data (via YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API)
• Device information (device type, OS version)
• App usage data (features used, session duration)
• Subscription billing information (processed by Google Play for the Android app; we do not store card details)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide video analytics and performance insights
• To personalise recommendations based on your channel data
• To process subscription payments securely
• To send important app updates and push notifications
• To improve user experience and fix issues

4. YouTube API Services

CreatorPilot AI uses YouTube API Services provided by Google. By using CreatorPilot AI, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

5. Google OAuth and YouTube Data Access

We use Google Sign-In and Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users securely. We do not store your Google password. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.

After user consent, CreatorPilot AI requests read-only access to the user's YouTube channel data and YouTube Analytics data. We use this access only to read channel and video metadata, along with analytics reports, to provide dashboard metrics, growth cards, video insights, and AI recommendations.

CreatorPilot AI does not upload, edit, delete, manage, or publish YouTube content. User-authorized YouTube data is not sold and is not used to train external or general AI models.

6. Payments

For the Android app, payments for Pro subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not store your credit/debit card details or banking information. Payment data is handled by Google Play according to Google's billing and privacy practices.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google – OAuth authentication and YouTube API access
• Firebase – Push notifications and analytics
• Google Play – Subscription billing for the Android app

Each of these services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure token storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Your Rights

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Revoke YouTube API access from your Google Account settings

10. Children's Privacy

CreatorPilot AI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
