1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of CreatorPilot AI, an AI-powered creator assistant app that provides channel insights, video analysis, and growth recommendations based on user-authorized channel data.

By downloading, installing, or using the CreatorPilot AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CreatorPilot AI provides channel insights, video performance analysis, and AI-powered growth recommendations. The App connects to your Google account via OAuth to retrieve user-authorized YouTube channel data and analytics data.

3. User Accounts

• CreatorPilot AI is currently available on Android only.
• You must have a valid Google/YouTube account to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

If you want to request deletion of your CreatorPilot AI account and associated data, use our account deletion request page or contact us by email.

4. YouTube API Integration

CreatorPilot AI uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke CreatorPilot AI's access to your YouTube data at any time via your Google Account Security Settings.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• CreatorPilot AI offers a free tier and a Pro subscription with additional features.
• For the Android app, subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.
• Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• If you subscribed through Google Play, you must cancel your subscription separately in the Google Play Store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to scrape, harvest, or misuse YouTube data beyond the intended features.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the CreatorPilot AI App — including but not limited to design, code, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of CreatorPilot AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

CreatorPilot AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the analytics or insights provided. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorPilot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the App, other users, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
